The project is located in a tourist coastal city, within walking distance of the sea. The clients prepared two separate apartments for short-term rental, fully renovating the interiors in accordance with booking platform requirements and contemporary guest expectations.

The task was not limited to completing the renovation but focused on increasing the overall attractiveness and competitiveness of the property. To enhance the guest experience and strengthen the market position, an additional outdoor leisure zone was proposed, designed for year-round use.

A compact spa area with a sauna and jacuzzi was integrated into the inner courtyard, oriented towards sea views. The space was carefully planned to ensure privacy, comfort, and usability during both summer and winter seasons, while remaining visually calm and well-structured.

This solution goes beyond a standard renovation and functions as a tool to increase the property’s profitability. The added spa zone creates a clear competitive advantage, enhances perceived value, and helps the apartments stand out among similar listings. As a result, design becomes not only an aesthetic component but also a practical driver of higher ratings, increased average nightly rates, and guest loyalty.
