The task for the architects and designers was to create a modern living space that blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment, utilizing innovative materials and technologies. The goal was to design a facade with movable copper panels that serve both a decorative and functional role in providing sun protection. The facade features strict geometric lines and a combination of concrete with copper sheets, giving the building a sleek and contemporary appearance. The contrast between the cool texture of the concrete and the warm, metallic surfaces creates a visual dynamic that draws attention and adds uniqueness to the facade.

The copper panels highlight the modernity and elegance of the architecture, and over time, their surface can develop a unique patina that will blend harmoniously with the environment. These panels not only enhance the aesthetic of the facade but also serve a functional purpose. Acting as movable screens, they regulate the level of sunlight, protecting the interior from direct exposure. This system makes the copper panels not just a decorative feature but also an important functional element that helps control the microclimate inside the home, ensuring comfort for the residents.

Looking out from the kitchen or dining area into the courtyard, there is a sense of tranquility and privacy. The pool and surrounding greenery add a tropical atmosphere to the home, creating a feeling of relaxation and retreat right at the heart of the living space. At the same time, the interior remains modern and understated, emphasizing the clean architectural lines and minimalist decor.
