We have created a new format of SPA relaxation and business, using design techniques to attract clients and provide unique services. The task was to create a space that combines comfort, aesthetics, and a connection with nature, in line with modern trends in wellness tourism and sustainability.
The 24-28 m² mini-spa, located in the mountains of Cyprus, fully embodies this idea. The space is designed in a minimalist style, with large panoramic windows that blur the lines between interior and exterior. A built-in jacuzzi with a view of the mountains becomes the key element of relaxation and a part of the unique experience for guests.
Modern wellness tourism trends make this format especially in demand. People are looking for secluded, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing places to restore physical and emotional balance, and our solution is perfectly suited for this. The use of natural materials, such as wood, adds warmth and coziness, while the project's sustainability makes it attractive to clients who value conscious travel.
These factors not only create a unique experience for guests but also make the project profitable for short-term rentals, where demand for wellness and eco-friendly properties continues to grow.
The SPA cabin is part of a complex that also includes several mini-hotels offering unique conditions for short-term stays. Each spa cabin is integrated into the overall complex, where guests can enjoy privacy and luxury against the backdrop of breathtaking mountain landscapes.
The layout includes:
- bathroom and separate shower with panoramic windows overlooking the mountains.
- sauna with glass walls for a view of nature.
- minibar with basic amenities.
- jacuzzi area where you can relax while enjoying the views. An outdoor heated pool, accessible all year round.

In this interior, HPL (High-Pressure Laminate) panels play a key role on both the walls and floors. They not only give the space a minimalist and modern look, but also possess several important functional characteristics that make them the best choice for spa areas.
High resistance to moisture and steam: The humid environment of a spa requires materials that can withstand exposure to water and high humidity. HPL panels are exceptionally moisture-resistant, preventing deformation and damage to the materials, even under intensive use.
Hygiene: The panels are easy to clean, which is especially important in spaces where maintaining a high level of cleanliness is crucial. The smooth surface prevents the accumulation of dirt and bacteria, making them ideal for spa areas.
Durability: HPL panels are known for their high wear resistance. They are scratch and impact-resistant, allowing them to maintain their original appearance over a long period, even with heavy use.
Tactile comfort: HPL panels have a texture that creates a feeling of warmth and coziness, while still maintaining visual cleanliness and elegance.

This spa zone is designed with meticulous attention to detail, creating ideal conditions for relaxation. The loungers are positioned to provide maximum comfort and allow guests to enjoy their rest in a peaceful atmosphere. The built-in jacuzzi with views of the snow-covered landscape enhances the feeling of immersion in nature, which is particularly important in spa areas.
The integrated lighting system is seamlessly built into the structure, maintaining clean lines, while the use of high-quality materials in construction, such as thermally modified wood and moisture-resistant finishes, ensures durability and ease of maintenance. This is not just a relaxation space, but a carefully designed spa zone, created with all modern construction standards and quality requirements in mind.
