From the beginning of our project, we aimed to create a space that harmoniously combines modern architectural solutions with the natural beauty of the landscape. After demolishing the old mansion, we carefully studied the terrain to fully utilize its potential for a unique project.

We emphasized the use of an unconventional central entrance, rare in Ukraine, to highlight the beauty of the location. It was important to reveal picturesque views to guests immediately upon entering the gates, creating a memorable first impression.

The additional structure on the right of the main building serves both practical and architectural purposes, enhancing the security and aesthetics of the site. We used the terrain to create a landscape that hides the first floor and highlights the building's form.

The SPA area on the first floor is connected with the barbecue and living areas, creating a comfortable and integrated courtyard. We used HPL panels for both outdoor and indoor SPA areas, creating a seamless transition from interior to exterior.

By replacing sliding systems with large fixed windows from Schuco, we ensured more space and natural light, improving the building's appearance. This also allowed for a shared terrace for the whole family on the second floor, emphasizing family comfort.
