In 2018, we encountered an interesting project in Cyprus. There was a house in the shell stage that had been on the market for a long time without selling, as it was unfinished. According to the architect’s design, there was no space left for relaxation areas around the house—none at all!

Our task was to change the functional zones and add value to the property, as well as to alter the façade design without changing the building's structure, since the license had already been obtained and no one intended to change it.

Fortunately, the pool had not yet been filled, which allowed us to rearrange its location on the plot. We reimagined the barbecue area, integrated it with the kitchen, and left space for soft furniture.

This one decision forever changed the lives of its future owners. We undertook a colossal amount of work, analyzing all possibilities and offering updated visualizations. The results were impressive: the house was sold at the visualization stage for over 1 million euros. The new owners completed the construction, making their own modifications to the project, which further confirmed the success of our approach. This project became a prime example of how to transform real estate and enhance its value, especially in the prestigious Tala area of Paphos.

In this region, having shade outdoors is crucial for comfortably spending time outside. We proposed coverings for all areas, which included either permanent canopy structures without columns or coverings connected to the main house. These solutions ensure that residents can feel comfortable during both winter and summer, allowing them to fully enjoy their outdoor spaces throughout the year.
